1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gili58 website at gili58.net, including all games, services, tools, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the gili58 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit funds credited to a Player's Account under any promotional scheme.
• "Real Money Funds" means cash deposits made by a Player using any accepted Philippine payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The gili58 Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and gili58 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify gili58 promptly of any changes to your registration details. gili58 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the gili58 Platform. If you already hold an Account, you are prohibited from registering a second Account. gili58 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, gili58 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and recover any bonus-related winnings from Real Money Funds before returning any remaining balance.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gili58 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify gili58 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. gili58 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gili58 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ (over-the-counter), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. 3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and by player account tier. Specific deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard.

3.3 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account or e-wallet registered in your own name. gili58 does not accept payments from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment sources registered to another person. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the gili58 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated in a specific game or promotional context. Currency conversion charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Player and are determined by the payment provider, not by gili58.

4 Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your gili58 Account. Prior to processing any withdrawal, gili58 may require completion of the KYC verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

4.2 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 15–30 minutes during Philippine banking hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

gili58 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of unusual betting patterns. Any withdrawal request associated with suspected bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct may be withheld indefinitely pending investigation, and any resulting findings may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Players are encouraged to review the applicable limits prior to initiating a withdrawal request.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gili58 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or PRC ID)

gili58 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the gili58 Privacy Policy.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the gili58 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or operate via licensed live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in the individual game information panels. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and governed by the rules of each specific game as displayed at the table.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gili58 Platform:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes

6.3 Void Bets

gili58 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or in connection with prohibited conduct. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account. No additional compensation is payable.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by gili58 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; any unmet requirement at expiry will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, gili58 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and to close the Player's Account.

8 Responsible Gaming

gili58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to these players seriously.

8.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting gili58 support. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by gili58

gili58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• The Player is identified as being under 21 years of age
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed
• The Player has provided false registration information
• gili58 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement instruction
• Continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to gili58 or other players

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, access to the Platform will be revoked. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings at the time of closure for cause will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned at gili58's discretion, subject to the outcome of any applicable investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gili58 Platform — including but not limited to the gili58 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of gili58 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gili58.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gili58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

gili58's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gili58 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact gili58 support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. gili58 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. Formal complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels in cases where regulatory intervention is sought.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gili58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at gili58.net/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9.1.

14 Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the gili58 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gili58 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by gili58 in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

14.4 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
